Do I need to pay in advance?+
No. You pay at the salon after your service. For bridal and events we confirm dates with a small token (discussed during consultation).
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes — free cancellation or reschedule up to 4 hours before your slot, straight from My Appointments.
Which products do you use?+
Only authentic, premium brands — the same lines we sell in our boutique. We're happy to show you the pack before starting.
Is the salon ladies-only?+
The salon is designed for women, with a female-first team. Grooming services are provided by our lady artists.
What is your return policy for shop orders?+
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Cosmetics that are opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full policy.
Do you travel for bridal makeup?+
Yes — on-location bridal and event makeup anywhere in Varanasi and beyond (travel quoted after consultation).
What documents do I need for academy admission?+
A photo ID, one passport photo and your best enthusiasm. There's no exam — counselling only. Browse courses.
Do you offer EMI for academy fees?+
Yes, flexible EMI plans are available for most courses — discuss at counselling.
