Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method (or salon credit if you prefer).\n\nFor hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare and fragrances once opened or used cannot be returned. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free — simply message us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.\n\nSalon service refunds: cancelled appointments are never charged; if you paid a bridal token, it is refundable up to 15 days before the event date as per your written quote.
